GENERAL MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A regular Air Conditioning Service <\/strong>maintains your system so that it is clean and running efficiently. Air conditioning systems are NOT maintenance free and do require regular attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We recommend that your system is maintained annually as a minimum, or depending upon the environmental conditions at your location, twice a year as the seasons change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Air Conditioner manufacturers will state in their warranty card what is the \u2018owners responsibility\u2019, these can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Our air conditioning General Service will cover items that we believe can be troublesome if not maintained, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Dust picked up from the system, when mixed with water, can cause a \u2018cloggy\u2019 mass  in the drain and block it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • If the filters are not cleaned on a regular basis it can have numerous effects on your air conditioner;  dust particles can loosen and get into the coil requiring a thorough coil clean, or in some cases can cause the system to malfunction; this will not be covered by warranty if still in the warranty period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • The air flow around your system can be blocked, which can cause the system to not only run inefficiently but also cause the system to malfunction; this will not be covered by warranty if still in the warranty period.

      • An unmaintained system can cause unpleasant smells, which can have health repercussions. Regular maintenance of your system will also save you money on your electricity bill, as well as enjoying the benefits of the system working as efficiently as it can.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
